Occasionally a job can be filled by spending as little as $50 for a job post, but often it requires a more aggressive effort. 10K offers several levels of recruiting service, and our pricing & guarantee reflects our goal of helping an employer save time and lower costs while hiring the best employee.

Full Cost Discount

When adding additional services we discount the price of that service by the amount already spent. For example, if an employer chooses to access our resume database after posting a job, we discount the cost of the job post from cost of resume database($100-$50 = $50). When an employer decides a Resume Search & Screen effort is necessary, we discount the price by amount already spent on Job Posts and/or the 10K Resume Database. If an employer hires a candidate found via our Risk Free Search, then we discount the fee by amount already spent on lower cost services. This process allows an employer to attempt to staff the position for the lowest cost, while saving when a more aggressive recruiting effort is necessary.

When you order Resume Search & Screen you will receive at least 20 of the most current and qualified candidates available on our Resume Partners.

We promise that each Candidate and Resume:
1 - Will be qualified based on the experience and education preferences the
      employer enters on the Job Post Form
2 - Will be open to the position’s salary range
3 - Will live within a 45-minute commute to the place of employment.

If 10K Financial Recruiters is unable to find 20 candidates within 5 days who match the above criteria, then we will refund $25 for each candidate not delivered. For example, if we can only find 10 or fewer candidates who meet above criteria, then we will refund to the employer a maximum of $250. When more than 20 candidates are identified, employer still only pays $500. Employer must pre pay for this service to be eligible for this guarantee.

Employer reserves the right to reasonably reject any candidate it believes is not a match with above criteria, in accordance with the terms and conditions. Please Contact US ASAP after receiving resume if any candidate is not a match with above criteria.
